The T3 Program is designed for individuals who have a driving desire to succeed in the media industry. Start dates are throughout the year and are benefits-eligible. College graduates and post-graduate students can apply for this two-year program geared to grow emerging talent who have foundational knowledge into strong members of the media industry. The program provides an initial year of in-depth exposure and skills training and a second year of application to refine the craft.

Below we have outlined the roles and responsibilities included, but not limited to, our four 4 tracks. Note: The Community Engagement track looks different from the other three 3 because it is more so community organizing and direct voter contact intensive.
