Mar Vista Elementary School. We love this school. This is our third elementary school in Sant Cruz county and it's just what we were looking for.

Quick access to the beach and close proximity to Niscene Marks make this the perfect combo of ocean meets forest. Resident 2y ago. Love it. Local businesses and market aregreat. Traffic can be bothersom. Occasional transients otherwise good people in the neighborhood.

Great school district. It is close in to town and walking distance to restaurants, churches, movie theaters, shopping, and the beach. The area is quiet and at night sometimes you actually can hear the ocean very loud. This entire school needs an exorcism and to take more control over the horrendous children that attend that establishment.
